To commemorate the centenary of the start of the Great War, the History Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina prepared the exhibition And Then that Shot Rang out in Sarajevo…”: Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Great War. Through documents, archival and newspaper material, photographs and other items, the exhibition speaks about Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Europe in the period from 1914 to 1918. The exhibition is part of the Connecting Creatively program implemented by the British Council in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and as part of the Sarajevo 2014 program funded by the EU to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Great War. In addition to Sarajevo, the exhibition was presented in Livno, Tuzla, Banja Luka, and Zenica.
